Project Manager - Blythewood SC USA

We’re looking for an exceptional candidate to deliver large scale projects for Spirax Sarco USA in alignment with strategic objectives within an established timeline and budget. This will be managed in line with priorities to support sales growth initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Program management of large scale sales organization projects, focused especially on those within the Energy Services Group (ESG)
  • Review of site contractual requirements for large customer related projects, coordinating with Services Operations Manager to comply, complete, and supply to site
  • Qualification, coordination, and development of, and adherence to, project charters and scopes that are realistic and achievable
  • Development of, monitoring and tracking, and follow-up of project schedules in line with customer requirements
  • Qualification, coordination, and development of project budgets in line with Spirax Sarco and customer requirements with appropriate change control
  • Liaise with multiple departments within the organization to ensure project deliverables are achieved on time and on budget

Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline and five (5) years of engineering experience, preferably in the valve, flow or pressure vessel industries. Prior project management experience is essential. Computer skills should include Microsoft Office and MS Project. The successful candidate should also be a Certified Associate Project Manager or Project Management Professional with Lean Six Sigma experience strongly preferred. Effective communication and collaboration skills a must.
